And did you know they have been turning the Chicago river green for over forty years in honor of Saint Patrick's Day?

Wow, I didn't know that. Amazing. My daughter and her best friend are in Ireland this week...can you imagine being in Ireland for St. Patty's Day. They are visiting their friend who is studying abroad for a semester. What fun, I only wished I could have fit into her suitcase.

They do this to the Charles River in Boston as well. Every st.pat's day. Big IRISH city boston is. It was always fun seeing the river turn green!
